MWPA Announces Preseason Poll Time Change

The Michigan Water Polo Association's (MWPA) 2022 Season fully opens Monday - though this week, the MWPA has plenty of planned content.

Firstly, the 2022 Schedules have been posted online for both the boys and girls sides.

"While the schedules are up now, there is still much amending to do - we are receiving time and date changes and additions still. Tournaments will be added as schedules are sent to the MWPA. We will update all as fast as possible to keep our followers up to date." - MWPA Secretary and Web Admin, Harrison Watt

As for the preseason polls, both have been move from their previously announced time slots due to a scheduling conflict.

The girls top ten rankings will be announced tomorrow (March 9th) at 11 am ET.

On the boys side, the top ten release has been moved back. The first poll will release March 11 at 5 pm ET.

There will be full releases on the top ten rankings including breakdowns of each team. As for upcoming polls, the schedule goes as follows.

March 21: No Poll - (Low GP this week)

March 28: Poll #2

April 4: No Poll - (Low GP this week)

April 11: Poll #3

April 18: Poll #4

April 25: Poll #5

May 2: Poll #6 (Final Poll)
